Most of our multi-unit properties require a parking Hangtag or could face towing. We do this to monitor your parking and ensure only residents are using the spaces.

Hangtags will be provided at move in. Lost tags are $35 and damaged/stolen tags are $25.

Downtown Apartments

Parking is not included at most of our Downtown Columbia locations. There are typically meters around the buildings. If you’re looking for a reserved spot, check out Tiger Spots Parking.
