We offer many different types of properties with different options all over town. Our properties are listed on apps such as Zillow, Trulia, Zumper and on our website.

When you have found a property you like, Schedule a Showing. The link will show all available times. We offer self-guided options that fit any schedule or request a showing with an agent.

Apply & Sign Lease
If you are interested in the property and would like to sign a lease, submit an application. Each person living in the home over 18 needs to submit an application. There is an application fee of $35 per applicant.
Approved applicants will get a lease sent to the email listed for review and signature. Denied applications will be notified via email. If you have any questions, send us a text or email.
When signing the lease you will create a login for our Resident Portal. Keep this username and password handy because you will use this later to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.
Your security deposit is due within two days of signing the lease.

Move In
Prepare for Move In — In most cases you will need to turn on utilities the day you are moving in. The utility companies will let you do this at least 30 days in advance. We will send you an email with instructions on starting utilities if required for your home.
Our move in process is simple. When your apartment is ready and all payments have been made, you will receive a text message with a lock box code. This code will unlock the lock box on your front door and will have a key inside to get in. Once inside, explore and inspect your new home. Fill out the move in form to note and small damages. You can also place your first maintenance request on the form if you’d like us to come back and address anything.
